PER, or Partnership for Education and Research about Responsible Living is a project based on six years-long collaboration of the network "Consumer Citizenship Network". PERL is a network of research and professional workplaces, universities, educational institutions and non-governmental organizations that recognize the urgent challenge of changing consumption patterns of individuals and society towards the ideals of sustainable development. The network serves as a place for exchange of experiences and ideas and implementation of educational and research projects. The activities of the partnership are supported by Erasmus Academic Networks, Ministry of Environment of Sweden, Norway and the UK Government.
